Convertia is a file and unit conversion app. Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

- Files you choose to convert within the App. Files are processed to perform the conversion you request and are not used for any other purpose by us.

- Device and usage information, such as app version, device model, operating system version, and crash or performance diagnostics.

- Purchase information processed through the App Store and RevenueCat, such as subscription status, needed to unlock premium features. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide to:

- Perform the file or unit conversions you request.

- Operate, maintain, and improve the App's features.

- Diagnose technical issues and understand aggregate, anonymized usage trends, processed via Mixpanel to help us understand how the App is used and improve it.

- Manage subscriptions and entitlements through our payment processing partner.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Files you convert are processed on your device where possible, or transiently through our processing services, and are not retained by us beyond what is needed to complete your conversion. Account and app data may be stored and managed using Supabase, our backend database and infrastructure provider, which is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. You may delete the App at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

- Service providers who help us operate the App (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, and subscription management), bound by confidentiality obligations.

- Legal authorities where required by law.

5. Your Choices

You may contact us to request deletion of any data associated with your account.

6. Children's Privacy

Convertia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
